Build
Build is the stage where structured work turns into deliverable-ready output.
What Build Is For
In Engenerate, build work usually starts in chat with Do mode and then moves through notebooks and export.
The Current Build Flow
How the Pieces Fit Together
| Part | Role in the Build Workflow |
|---|---|
| Do | Carries out the work and generates draft output |
| Plans | Provide structure for multi-step tasks |
| Map context | Keeps spatial work tied to the right site, area, or watershed |
| Notebooks | Collect and refine the parts worth keeping |
| Export | Turns the notebook into a document you can deliver |
A Practical Mental Model
Think of Interact as the place where you ask, shape, and guide the work, and Build as the place where that work becomes a finished artifact.
In most current workflows:
- you explore and draft in Analyze
- you create or refine a plan
- you execute the work in Do
- you save the useful parts to a notebook
- you export the notebook as a final document
This keeps the full path from source material to deliverable inside one workspace.
