Storage is included with every plan. The amount of storage available depends on your subscription tier.

What Counts Toward Storage
The following contribute to your storage usage:
- Uploaded source files (PDFs, Office documents, CSVs, images, and other supported formats)
- Processed content extracted from those files (text, tables, figures, equations)
- Extracted assets such as embedded images and chart data
Workspace content such as chat history and notebook text does not count toward your storage limit.
Data Retention
Your documents and project data remain fully accessible while your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, your data is retained for a grace period to allow you to reactivate and recover your work. You will receive notice before any permanent deletion occurs.
Before allowing a subscription to lapse, it is good practice to export any critical notebooks, datasets, or document content you may need independently of the application.
